Returns and Exchanges

We want to make your purchase experience as easy and seamless as possible, with complete peace of mind. We will gladly accept your return for a refund, exchange or store credits within 30 days from the time of purchase provided the product meets our Return & Exchange policies below. 

For peace of mind when choosing a size, we also offer Seafizz's very own "Quick & Easy Size Swap" and "Free Return of the Second Size". Please see below for further details.

Quick & Easy Size Swap (*)

Need a different size after receiving your order? Take advantage of our "Quick & Easy Size Swap" offer. After you send the product back to us (for a small postage fee), we will send the new size to you without any other cost to you!

In most cases, we will send the new size to you without waiting for the returned product to arrive back at our warehouse. That way, you'll receive the new size within a few days. Yes, that's why we call it "Quick & Easy Size Swap"!

Free Return of the Second Size (*)

If you're not sure which size will fit best, we suggest you choose both sizes in your order and the unfit size can be returned with free postage (we'll send the postage label to you), provided you let us know within 10 days after receiving the products. We'll then refund you the full cost of the returned product.

FAQ's

We understand sometimes customers simply change their mind or the size doesn't fit. Provided the product meets our Return & Exchange policies, we'll gladly accept your return for a refund, exchange or a store credit within 30 days from the time of purchase.

Returns or exchanges will incur a small fee for postage cost to send the product back to us. In Australia, you may also take advantage of our "Free Return of the Second Size" for free return of the second/unfit size.

If you need to simply switch the size or color of the same style, then once you return the item to us (for a small postage cost), we'll ship the new item to you for free! We cover the cost of shipping your first exchange to you.

Return Requirements:

Your order confirmation number is provided as proof of purchase.

All unworn and unwashed items that were purchased at full price or with a discount of 15% or less and are in new condition with tags and hygienic liners attached, with the exception of hair accessories, can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or store credits.

Any full price item purchased with a discount code for 20% or more is not eligible for a refund or store credits.

Please note: for all discounted, sale or promotional items sold, purchases are final and exchanges/refunds will not be granted unless your items are damaged upon receiving them, or they are the not the correct product(s) you ordered.

For sanitary reasons, please try on all swimwear over underwear. In the instance where it’s obvious that this has not been done we may refuse an exchange your items due to OH&S and hygiene risks.

You have 30 days from purchase date to exchange items purchased at full price or with a discount of 15% or less and in new condition with tags and liners attached. All items marked final sale are not eligible for exchange.

We offer exchanges that meet the required criteria for another size or colour of the same style (subject to product availability). If the product is unavailable, we will offer you store credits.

Provided the product meets our return policies, the purchase cost less shipping cost will be refunded to your original payment method.
